Your first deal on FLASHFLOOR
From joining the floor to rating your first deal. Choose your side to get started.

Create your pawn shop account
Choose Pawn shop at signup. Add your business name, SHGA and CIPC registration numbers, phone and mandatory business address, then select the categories you participate in.

Confirm your email
Open the confirmation link in your inbox, then sign in. Wait for an admin to check your registrations, phone and premises before listing. If it hasn’t arrived, check spam or use Send it again on the sign-in page.

Put your first item on the clock
On your dashboard, choose New listing. Add a title, category, condition, description and a photo. Pricing defaults to Offers; choose Add asking price if you want to specify a price in rands. Choose 30, 45 or 60 minutes, then select Start the clock.

Review offers and commit to a dealer
Compare the amounts and messages, then accept or decline while the window is open. Listing does not oblige you to sell, but accept only when you are ready to honour the price and disclosed conditions. Acceptance reserves the deal and retains pending runner-up offers for admin-reviewed recovery if the deal fails. Both sides are expected to complete the deal; it is not an optional reservation.

Arrange the exchange and leave a rating
Agree on payment and collection directly with the dealer. Once collected or delivered and completed, both sides must confirm completion and give a 1–5 star rating. Only then does the deal count towards both reputations.
